The Cosimo Matassa Project are passionate about New Orleans culture. So much so that they teamed up with Welsh manufacturers Chilli Of The Valley to bring you their own Louisiana-style hot sauce, made to the band's exact specifications.
It's a warm, fruity and slightly smoky sauce, piquant but not excessively spiced. It's perfect for crawfish, gumbo, BBQs, soups, salads, pizza, fried chicken and fries.
